Double Spiral Freezer--IQF

The double spiral quick freezer is a highly efficient freezing equipment that achieves rapid and uniform freezing through a double spiral structure. 200kg/h-6000kg/h, according to the customer’s requirements and space limitation of non-standard design and manufacture.

Double-cage spiral quick freezing device

The double spiral freezer is a new series of high-efficiency freezing equipment developed based on the single spiral freezer. It achieves fast and uniform freezing through two drums that operate in a left-right spiral structure. Compared to the single spiral freezer, the double spiral freezer significantly increases the freezing capacity with only a slight increase in volume, highlighting its compact structure and small footprint. Additionally, the equipment can be customized in design and manufacturing according to customer requirements and space constraints.

Applicationa Area:

Suitable for foods with a short freezing time such as pasta, vegetables, shrimps, meat skewers, etc. Also suitable for freezing large pieces of food such as cut meat, ice cream, fish, etc.

You can choose polymer material (PP\POM) or metal material (SUS304) mesh belt

Fully automatic CIP cleaning system

Use human-machine interface (touch screen) and image display to make it easier for operators to control and monitor.
Centralized control can be achieved according to customer needs.
