Contains only one cage spiral transmission part

The transmission part consists of a transmission motor, mesh belt, turret and independent frequency converter.
Mesh belt has strong anti-elongation, high wear resistance and longer service life.
Equipped with a mesh belt operation self-inspection device, which can monitor the operation status of the mesh belt at any time.

Stainless steel warehouse with insulation structure

All are continuously welded with stainless steel, no water seepage, no settlement.
The insulation structure is composed of stainless steel metal insulation boards, with polyurethane foaming inside.

All imported electrical systems

The electrical system consists of a stainless steel electrical box and an intelligent control system.
Safety devices include: conveyor belt tipping sensor, mesh belt adjustment sensor, and emergency stop switch to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
