According to different pretreatment methods, the temperature of meat products entering the quick-freezing equipment will be different. Fried high-temperature food needs to be cooled before freezing with a spiral cooler, ambient spiral freezer, or tunnel cooler, and then entering the quick freezing equipment after cooling will save the cost.
According to the different freezing capacities, IQF spiral freezer is recommended for 200kg/h-4000kg/h, and the IQF tunnel freezer can be selected for 2000kg/h and below, impingement tunnel freezer with higher efficiency. According to the actual area of the plant and combined with the characteristics of the IQF tunnel freezer and IQF spiral freezer, an appropriate IQF freezer is selected. The tunnel freezer is relatively long and the spiral freezer is relatively high. If it is a new factory, you can contact us before construction. If the finished meat products need to be frozen in large blocky pieces, such as rectangular meat bricks, minced meat, etc., the BQF plate freezer can be used. The plate freezer is also suitable for customers with small production and budget. According to the size and moisture content of the frozen products, the general freezing amount is 300kg/batch-1500kg/batch, about 3 hours for each batch.
After the completion of freezing, through the automatic packaging production line, complete the packaging, and finally sent it to cold storage.
