Processing Line & Brief Description

The pre-treatment equipment for frozen aquatic products includes a shrimp grading machine, shrimp cooker, shelling machine, shrimp back opener, fish grading machine, fish back opener, fish peeler, etc. After the aquatic products are processed by the pretreatment equipment, through the conveyor line to the IQF freezer or put in the plate freezer for cooling or freezing.

According to the different pretreatment methods, the temperature of aquatic products entering the quick-freezing equipment will be different. For example, the cooked shrimp should be cooled with ice water before freezing and then freezing with an IQF freezer or plate freezer, which will save the cost.

According to the different freezing capacities, IQF spiral freezer is recommended for 200kg/h-4000kg/h, and the IQF tunnel freezer can be used for 2000kg/h and below, impingement tunnel freezer with higher efficiency. If the frozen product is shrimp meat, the stainless steel belt tunnel freezer is often used, the frozen shrimp is very beautiful, and there is no trace of a mesh belt, and the current advanced technology can complete the freezing in 3 minutes. According to the actual area of the plant, combined with the characteristics of the IQF tunnel freezer and IQF spiral freezer, select the appropriate IQF freezer. The tunnel freezer is relatively long, and the spiral freezer is relatively high. If it is a new factory, you can contact us before construction. If the finished aquatic products need to be frozen in large blocks, for example, the finished products can be made into rectangular fish bricks, surimi, etc., the plate freezer can be used. According to the size and moisture content of the products, the general freezing amount is 300kg/batch-1500kg/batch, each batch is about 3 hours. The plate freezer can also be made into several production lines frozen at the same time, which is widely used in some European countries.

After the completion of freezing, through the automatic packaging production line, complete the packaging, and finally sent it to cold storage.
