Blast freezer freezing time is longer than plate freezer, with slow efficiency. This will cause the taste of the food to deteriorate, because slow freezing will lead to the loss of water from the food itself.
Above all, efficiency of plate freezer is higher than blast freezer’s. Plate freezer is more suitable for fast freezing, blast freezer is more suitable for food refrigeration and preservation.
